The National Executive committee of All India Marwari Federation (AIMF) is formed and governed by the All India Committee of AIMF.

It has all the powers of All India Committee barring those that are denied to it by the All India Committee. The Office Bearers of the Federation are Office Bearers of this Committee.

Past presidents and general secretaries of AIMF, provincial presidents and general secretaries and national president and general secretary of All India Marwari Mahila Sammelan and All India Marwari Yuva Manch are ex-officio members of this Committee.

Other members/special invitees to this committee are nominated by All India Committee. In addition, the National President has the right to nominate 10 members to the Committee. The Committee usually meets four times a year.
